To Split the Mind
Art is a meditative state, a reflection of a state of being. To split the mind is a reflection of times like these, an attempt to break from a harsh reality. It is a separation of consciousness. It is a search for tranquility amidst disillusionment. This series, at its core, is a visual exploration of the interplay between shadows and light, and a reflection of the human spirit. It is an attempt to understand the duality of the void in which we live through the lens of humanity. In the midst of unknowing blackness, we begin to see the light.
